- use "keywords"
- find the key words from candidate qualification of the job you're applied for
- Avoid these words:
- Motivated, Creative, Enthusiastic, Track Record, Passionate, Bottom Line focus, Self-Motived, Successful, Driven, Leadership, Strategic, Extensive Experience, Team PLayer, Problem Solver
- (Search Algorithm ignores them since you and 100 others all use them)

- use all 2000 characters with keywords
- define your audience
- write achievement and passions
- what makes you different
- get creative in the first sentence or two.
- Include a section entitled “specialties”- add the keywords that are important.
